Quality and Business Developer in Sustainable Supply Chain & Industrialization

Your Role as a Quality and Business Developer

As a consultant from Combitech, you will have various assignments over time with our customers or in our own teams. Our assignments in quality and business development have a wide range. This may include support for development or transfer projects for good compliance with requirements, internal audits based on standards and product or process requirements, qualification of products and processes for new manufacturing methods, purchasing quality, supplier development, or acting as method support in areas such as root cause analysis and deviation management. It could also involve value stream analyses for material or information flows and ensuring the right processes in management systems ahead of upcoming digitalization or the pursuit of Industry 4.0. Many of our assignments in quality involve project management and change management, and the work places high demands on good communication skills and an interest in collaborating regardless of who you meet.

Through your experience, competence, and network, you contribute to developing our customers' operations and profitability in various consulting assignments. You are Combitech's face to the outside through your assignments with our customers while also participating in internal exchanges and networks at Combitech for your own and our collective development.

Who Are You?

You have a university degree in engineering or another relevant academic qualification at an equivalent level and experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in similar roles. You have good language skills and master both Swedish and English excellently in both speech and writing, even in formal texts such as standards. Certifications in methodologies and tools within quality are meritorious but not a requirement.

As the position involves work subject to defense secrecy, you are required to undergo and be approved in a security review with a background check.
